Quality assurance in 24h care - 24h QuAALity

Duration: 2019 bis 2021

In addition to the need for professional and institutional health and nursing care, the demand for 24-hour care is also increasing. With over 60,000 users in Austria, it is an important alternative to family care and mobile care. In the project 24h QuAALity, a distributed software solution for support and quality assurance is being developed.

The cross-platform application software for caregivers offers the following content:

  • an information and training portal (eLearning) with interactive learning elements on common clinical pictures and short videos on recurring care situations in German, Slovakian, Hungarian and Romanian, i.e., the most common languages of caregivers.
  • Comprehensive electronic care documentation, which supports quality assurance and ensures transparency between the parties involved.
  • An integrated emergency management system that enables caregivers to respond quickly and professionally in emergency situations.
  • Links to translation sites and networking opportunities with family members and other tools for everyday care.
