Bachelor's degree programme in Architecture - Green Building
Admission procedure winter semester 2026/27
The portfolio folder is your creative approach to the Bachelor's degree programme in Architecture - Green Building at the University of Applied Sciences Campus Vienna. With the portfolio, you show how you think creatively, plan spatially and deal with architectural topics, regardless of whether you already have Prior knowledge. You will find all the important information on this page: What content is required? What is the best way to prepare? And what is paid particular attention to during the assessment? We will accompany you on the way to a convincing presentation of your potential.
If you need support in preparing and/or creating your portfolio folder, we recommend that you take part in our portfolio course.
The portfolio folder should reflect a targeted examination of the personal ideas of the Bachelor's degree programme in Architecture - Green Building and, in addition to a letter of motivation, includes high-quality drawings and representations of exterior and interior spaces. The focus is on a graphic exploration of spatial and functional contexts, not on the mere sketching of interior and exterior spaces. Graphic concept explanations (e.g. materiality, accessibility, transitions such as staircases, visual relationships) and sketches/analyses are expressly welcome.
The portfolio folder uploaded during the online application must be printed out and bound (= no loose sheets, instead loose-leaf binder, ring binding, adhesive binding or similar) and brought to the personal admission interview on the day of admission.
Format: DIN A4, portrait or landscape format, colour
I declare that this portfolio folder was designed by myself and that I have not used any aids other than those listed and that I have not used any other unauthorised help (such as ChatGPT or similar artificial intelligence-based programmes).
