Follow-up survey of Bachelor graduates on their current professional situation and further training ambitions

Duration: June 2014 to December 2014

The Health Care and Nursing specialist area conducted a career entry study to generate basic information about graduates of the Bachelor's degree programme in Health Care and Nursing. The primary aim was to gain an insight into the professional activities of the graduates and to record possible further training ambitions.

The study also collects information about the current situation on the labour market and the jobs and job satisfaction of graduates of the Health Care and Nursing study programs, as well as their ambitions for further training.

An online survey was conducted among graduates of the three cohorts 08/11, 09/12 and 10/13 (n=70, response rate approx. 50 %). The survey is divided into two content areas - the graduates were asked about their job on the one hand and about their Bachelor's degree programme in Health Care and Nursing and a possible Master's degree programme in the field of nursing science on the other.
