Violence in Nursing Practice – Perceptions and Experiences of Violence from the Perspective of Trainees

This research project aims to investigate how trainees perceive and experience violence during their practical training in health care and nursing. The project aims to reflect on the attitudes and motivations of trainees regarding their future work environment. Through participatory research, students will be involved in the project as co-researchers. The research methods employed include conceptual analysis, community mapping, focus group discussions, and an analysis of practice reflection forms.
