This research project aims to investigate the perception and experience of violence from the perspective of trainees during practical training in Health Care and Nursing. The attitudes and motivations of the trainees in relation to their future working environment are to be reflected upon. Through participatory research, students will be involved in the project as co-researchers. The research methods used include concept analysis, community mapping, focus group discussions and an analysis of the practice reflection forms.
